ELDER STRUCTURE
The term "elder" in the New Testament is a word that is synonymous with being an overseer. At Journey, our Elders oversee the health of the body and lead with strategy and vision. They have charged our staff with handling the day-to-day operations of the church, equipping the members of Journey, and empowering them to use their gifts. The members are then tasked with creating and leading out in our ministry efforts as we collectively try to help everyone follow Jesus.
