It all started when…

Our partners in Brooklyn left their comfortable home in the South to serve the Jewish population in this microcosm of the world, Brooklyn, New York. Brooklyn is truly multicultural. Approximately one fourth of its population is Jewish. Our partners’ main strategy for sharing Jesus is showing love to their neighbors in tangible ways. 


Currently, they host an informal gospel-centered gathering where people can make friends, explore faith and become family. They also serve a community center with a soup kitchen and through a list of work projects. 

 
 

OVERVIEW:

A middle-aged couple trusted the Lord, moved to Brooklyn, and is serving an Orthodox Jewish community.

THE MISSIONARIES: A middle-aged couple from Arkansas.

DO SOMETHING:

Pray:

  • Pray for the missionaries as they build relationships. Pray that they seek opportunities to serve their community and that those opportunities would lead to life-changing conversations.

  • Pray for their community. Pray that God would soften the hearts of the people there.

Go:

  • March 21-28 / Spring Break / $1,250 / 7-12 college students

  • September 6-12 / Fall Trip / $1,250 / 7-12 college students or adults
